The success that Satcha has achieved today was not an easy road.
Years ago, she was an angry frustrated single mother, deep in debt and living on
welfare. Satcha is mother of a mentally challenged daughter. Back then, she was
desperate and did not know how to raise her child. Her daughter had to move out of
home and lived in a group home for a few years. Satcha struggled with feelings of
guilt, depression and failure on a daily basis.
On the night, when she decided she wanted to step out of this life, she prayed just
one more time and that’s when God stepped in and gave her a clear mind. She
decided to hold on to the promises God gave her that night and she choose life.
In the following years Satcha worked very hard to recover from her depression, her
low self-image and her overweight.
She started her own business in coaching and decided she wanted to become a top keynote
speaker and coach.
She is now happily and successfully married, her daughter is at home again, she is a
coach and speaker in the Netherlands and the Caribbean. She joined the John
Maxwell Team and speaks, trains and coaches on behalf of this team.
Satcha believes that nothing is impossible with God. She enlarges people and
motivates them to live a life of significance. With her message: “You were born for greatness” she is impacting the lives of many women nationally but also globally!
Satcha’s autobiography above was written during the private English classes she followed in the month of August 2021. I had the honor to prepare her for her international keynote speaker journey in the Caribbean as well as for her American interview with John Maxwell Team member, Dr. David Banks. It was a summer school filled with loads of English boot camp exercises and WOW, she did such a great job during the interview! A week later, she left the Netherlands to fulfill her dream in the Caribbean on the islands of Aruba and Bonaire. I am so humbled she choose me as her English teacher and that I was able to contribute in achieving her goals! We’ve established a good foundation, but we’ll continue for: “The best is yet to come!”

Well, I saw her singing on stage at my previous church and for the past years I’ve been following her steps via her Facebook: Satcha Maduro-Valies. Her personal growth has always intrigued me, so when I saw she was giving away a free Masterclass. I decided to invite all my friends and join the ‘Lunch & Learn’ as she calls it on her Instagram: @satchamaduro. I saw that she was in the process of getting her John Maxwell certification and I just love his marketplace ministry. After, the webinar she approached me to join ‘The Greatness Club’ with 10 other women. This is where I received so many golden nuggets! It was a 6 week course with so much wisdom, insights and answers I was searching for. I’m so thankful for her business, but also for her amazing women’s ministry given by the Almighty God!
